STRESS REDUCTION 101

RELAX and unwind...at least for one afternoon a month!

This 4-hour intensive workshop will teach you skills to reduce stress at home, at work and on-the-go. 

Release tension in the mind and body.

Learn how rest and relaxation can improve your ability to handle the difficulties of daily life and increase your ability not only to cope but to thrive.

 

 

This course will be offered three times during the Fall of 2011.

Format:           (1) 4-hr group session
