OUR APPROACH

We believe that good relationships are the foundation for the best consulting work. Before we proceed on any project, our first step is to get to know you and your organization. This process includes conducting interviews, discussing corporate values and goals, reviewing your strategic plan and identifying organizational strengths and weaknesses based on observations from our perspective as well as yours.

Most likely, if you have identified the need for a consultant, you already have some ideas about what you are looking for. Together we will refine and clarify your needs identifying key problem areas and conducting a thorough assessment of resources, obstacles and possible solutions. The culmination of this stage of our work is a summary of findings and detailed proposal for how we will work together to address your needs.

Once you’ve received our proposal, together we’ll review the various elements in it and determine which of our services you will want to place under contract. At this point St. Pierre Group will assemble a team of experts to execute the proposal. In most cases there will be more than one phase of work and there may be opportunities to continue the project, or not, based on progress along the way. Evaluation of the project will be included throughout the process.

At the completion of the project, St. Pierre Group will provide a concise and detailed final report summarizing our work together in a format that can be presented to boards, shareholders and/or funders according to your needs.
